Contacting Jen was initially a cry for help, unhealthy eating for convenience was making me sluggish and unhappy. My exercise was repetitive and not very effective and work, kids and the house was becoming overwhelming. Jen was brilliant, over the course of the 12-weeks we concentrated on different areas, optimising gut health, meal planning, new recipes, different exercises and breaking down my 'to-do' lists. Having the accountability really helped me to put things into practice and perspective. She highlighted a few ‘lightbulb moments’ as well where routine had just taken over and some things were so simple to change.
