6. Purchasing Services

When you purchase coaching services, digital products, or membership:

  • You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

  • Payments are processed securely through our provider (e.g. Wix Payments).

  • Refunds are only given according to our Cancellation/Refund Policy and individual Coaching Agreement.

  • By accessing digital content immediately, you waive your 14-day cancellation right for digital downloads under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

7. Thrive Hub Membership

If you subscribe to the Thrive Hub:

  • Membership fees are payable in advance and renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis (as selected).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing us. Cancellation will apply from your next renewal date.

  • Access to membership content is personal, non-transferable, and for your own use only.

  • You agree not to share your login details or content with others.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse membership content.

  • We reserve the right to change membership content or features; we will give you reasonable notice if significant changes occur.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee that the Site or Services will be free of errors or uninterrupted.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr Jen Coaching and its directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or other losses arising from your use of the Site, Services, or any advice given, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding the foregoing, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, Services, or these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
