Dr. Jen has been my coach for the past 7 months and I could not recommend her highly enough. I initially planned to have 5 sessions with Jen but I got so much out of them I have continued with weekly sessions ever since.
Through powerful and mindful questioning, Jen encourages and guides me in exploring ways I want to develop and maintain healthy habits (that I enjoy!) She supports me in holding myself accountable for my chosen actions every week.

Contacting Jen was initially a cry for help. Unhealthy eating for convenience was making me sluggish and unhappy, exercise was repetitive (and not very effective) and work, kids and house becoming overwhelming. Jen was brilliant, over the course of our zoom sessions and emails we concentrated on different areas, meal planning, new recipes, different exercise and breaking down my ‘to do’ lists. Having the accountability really helped me to put things into practice and perspective. She highlighted a few ‘light-bulb moments’ as well where routine had just taken over and some things were so simple to change. Jen is so easy to talk too, no judgement and had so many hints and tips to get me to a better place. My attitude has completely changed and now, when things get overwhelming, I have solutions.
