Why is Dr Jen the coach for you?

Dr Jen is an expert Health Physiologist, University Lecturer & Researcher, and Certified Health Coach. I have been researching and working in the area of health and well-being since 2004 and through my work ​I have helped and supported people of all ages to improve their current and future health and well-being.

I have a personal and professional interest in women's health (inc. pcos, premature ovarian insufficiency, perimenopause and menopause) and I have extensive experience working with people living with additional health challenges. Through my research, applied work and collaborations with the National Health Service (NHS), I have helped and supported people living with a range of health challenges (inc. arthritis, cancer, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, kidney disease, anxiety, depression) to improve their health and well-being and to achieve their individual health goals.

With my unique clinical experience, evidence based expertise in health and well-being and my skills as a health coach, I want to help you get back to feeling great and living more!
