Corporate Wellness Coaching

Corporate Health & Wellness Coaching is the adoption of a coaching programme that is specifically designed to promote and improve the health and well-being of an organisation’s employees.

 

Our busy modern lifestyles with long working hours, heightened stress and large amounts of time spent sitting down being sedentary is wreaking havoc on our health and well-being.

 

You might be interested to know that sitting is now considered the new smoking, with physical inactivity being the 4th largest risk factor for global mortality, causing an estimated 32 million deaths annually (World Health Organisation, 2020). However, the good news is that this is completely preventable and TOGETHER WE CAN do something about this.

What can Health & Wellness Coaching do for your organisation?

As an employer we know that you have clear goals for your organisations growth which are directly aligned with a clear vision to success. But, your organisations success is dependent on having employees who are working at their very best. Do you know if all of your employees are working at their very best?   • Work absence due to sickness costs UK employers a staggering £9 billion per year

 

The bad news is these numbers are on the rise. The good news, however, is that you as an employer can do something to reverse this trend!
