(BSc, MSc, PhD, FHEA)
Dr Jen is an expert Health Physiologist, Certified Health Coach and a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, who has been studying and working in the area of health and well-being for 20 years.
Through her work as a University Lecturer, Researcher and Health Coach she has helped and supported people of all ages and from all walks of life to achieve their own unique health and well-being goals.
Dr Jen has a personal and professional interest in women's health (inc. pcos, poi, perimenopause and menopause) and has extensive experience working with people living with additional health challenges. Through her applied work and collaborations with the National Health Service (NHS), Dr Jen has helped and supported people living with a range of health challenges (arthritis, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, anxiety, depression) to improve their health and well-being and achieve their individual goals. Her research in this field has also been published in many peer reviewed scientific journals.
